    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

HOW DOES THE VIRTUAL CONSULT WORK?

Our virtual consults are 1 hour appointment via Zoom a video conferencing service. By using video conferencing we are able to assess your biomechanics during a series of movements that we go through with you. For example watching your squat, lunge, walk, perform heel raises, and many other motions. We take a look at your shoes, your inserts, your posture, etc. All of this paired with your description of your past medical history, current and past symptoms, and goals allows us to determine the patterns that may be contributing to your pain or discomfort and put together a plan for you to implement at home.

CAN I BILL MY INSURANCE FOR A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION?

We are not able to provide diagnosis or treatment codes for virtual consultations. You will receive an emailed receipt when you schedule your appointment if you choose to utilize a FSA or HSA account.

HOW DO I SEND PICTURES AND VIDEOS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

You will be assigned a “workout” in true coach called walking and running videos 2 days before your consultation. This will allow you to upload your pictures and videos prior to your appointment.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS?

We maintain a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your virtual consultation we ask that you cancel or reschedule a minimum of 24 hours prior to you appointment. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your consultation will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
