Return & Exchange Policy for Physical Product Orders

If you have purchased a product from Gait Happens directly via our website (http://www.gaithappens.com), there is a 30-day return or exchange option from the date of purchase for orders within the United States, UK, and Europe.

US, UK & Europe Returns and Exchanges

In order to qualify for a return:

  • Products cannot be cut or altered in any way

  • Products should appear in like-new condition without tears, cuts, or discoloration

  • Original packaging must be included and not damaged

Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

We offer free return shipping within the United States.

For UK and Europe orders, customers may begin the return process by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and any associated duties or fees.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the replacement product.

To initiate your return or exchange, email [email protected]. Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you are returning.

We will send you an email confirmation when your refund is complete. Please allow up to 3 days to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse.

Manufacturer Defects

Gait Happens is committed to providing the highest level of customer care and guarantees products free of manufacturer defects. To ensure each customer is completely satisfied, we guarantee all Gait Happens products to be free of manufacturer defects and to perform to the highest quality standards.

Gait Happens accepts returns up to 30 days from the delivery date for merchandise that carries manufacturer defects. Only products purchased directly at gaithappens.com can be returned for manufacturer defects.

Gait Happens is unable to accept returns for items that have been altered or damaged after being received. Examples include:

  • Creases or folds from improper handling and/or storing

  • Damage from excessive amounts of water or other liquids

  • Improper cleaning (e.g., harsh chemicals, damage from a washing machine)

  • Uneven color patterns or discoloration due to use

International Orders

The Gait Happens website currently processes orders to the United States, Canada, the UK, and Europe.

Due to shipping costs and duties, Canada orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
