“My clinician didn’t get distracted by the pain — she looked past it and very quickly showed me where the pain was actually stemming from.”
– Chelsea, Virtual Consultation Client
“Within days of starting the exercises, the pain in my big toe joint was practically gone. It was still sore to the touch but my mobility had improved and it no longer hurt from use. Wow!
I feel like I am in a new body. I still have to put the work in and do the exercises regularly to keep my joints happy but it is so worth it. Thanks, Gait Happens and Dr. Lineberger, for keeping me roadworthy! No one wants to be around me when I can’t run:)”

“I am so grateful to be working with Chelsea. I feel like a GH fan girl. LOL!
It’s been so many years of trying to find providers who understand the need and solution for this gap in care. I’ve had other providers say, “You can’t change your feet. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!” and “Your foot type will always be painful and sore.”
You’re doing amazing work! THANK YOU!”
– Melissa, Virtual Consultation Client
